I have purchased many smoothie and juice recipe books, some good, some great. This is one of the great ones! Not only are the receipts tasty but they are also filling and made with everyday ingredients. Sometimes after purchasing a book it can be disheartening to find that the ingredients are hard to source or expensive, but this one you won't be disappointed. Fab book with lots of great smoothie recipes that fill you up for hours and give you energy. Would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight or if you travel a lot and need quick healthy lunch

Delicious, filling and HEALTHY. Just what I was looking for! I loved this book, very inspiring. I've been wanting to get back to drinking a smoothie in the mornings, but just didn't feel inspired to make the same old thing. For me, a smoothie has to taste good AND be healthy. Well, this book gave me TONS of great ideas for making a different smoothie (everyday if I want) with ingredients I already have in my kitchen. Many of which I would never have thought to put in a smoothie -- you know your stuff, Katherine Kyle. THANK YOU. Oh -- just had my first official Green Thickie smoothie. Filling and delish.
