This is one of the best green smoothie programs I've ever come across! I appreciate all the research the author of this program has provided and I look forward to implementing the program and receiving all of its health benefits!

I'm really enjoying all these thickie recipes as a breakfast meal replacement. I haven't actually weighed myself since I started, but my clothes are feeling much looser after about 3 weeks. They keep me full the entire morning and sometimes I'll have one for lunch too. They are truly YUM!! I really look forward to them and don't even notice that I'm getting a ton of greens in (which I hate the taste of - have always been a fruit rather than a veggie person). I'm sleeping better and not having as many sugar and carb cravings. Have been telling everyone I know about green thickies!! I hope they will be something I keep a part of my daily routine always. I am on Day 5 of the Detox Plan. It has been super easy to follow. I have two young kids and i teach online classes very early in the morning. This has been wearing me down. Since I’ve started the detox plan, I just quit coffee cold turkey and started drinking the smoothies. The smoothies have been much more effective at giving me energy! Coffee was making me sick and sluggish. And I didn’t even realize it. This is the first diet I haven’t been starving between meals, and I’m actually enjoying my meals! I have a goal to lose at least 20-30 pounds, and I am down 3.5 pounds so far. I hope to continue the weight loss, but I’m also so grateful that I feel good while working toward my goal. I haven’t felt “good” in a long time.
The meal plan was easy to follow and also easy to make. Tasty and satisfying. I had a glow on my face and skin. I will definitely be doing the detox again.
