It’s been only three days and I can already feel a difference! My stomach feels smaller, my skin is even clearing up. I love the recipes and how easy they are to follow.
the best part of getting these types of programs is that everything is done for you. I don't want to have to search online for hours to figure out what things I need how I need to do it and how long it's going to take me to prep something. Thankful for these programs that have all the information for me.

I'm really enjoying all these thickie recipes as a breakfast meal replacement. I haven't actually weighed myself since I started, but my clothes are feeling much looser after about 3 weeks. They keep me full the entire morning and sometimes I'll have one for lunch too. They are truly YUM!! I really look forward to them and don't even notice that I'm getting a ton of greens in (which I hate the taste of - have always been a fruit rather than a veggie person). I'm sleeping better and not having as many sugar and carb cravings. Have been telling everyone I know about green thickies!! I hope they will be something I keep a part of my daily routine always.
