So many great recipes it's hard to know what to try first!
I have tried a few of the recipes and have been very happy with the options and taste. I was glad to see that the ingredients were easy to find and nothing weird that I would have to research before I actually buy it! My only regret is that the recipes do not include the calorie amounts. I think it said they all range around 400 calories but for someone watching how many calories are going in, it would be nice if it was already figured out.
Overall, very satisfied.
I have tried some of the green thickie smoothies. I have never tried smoothies like these. I have to say they are delicious! Today, I made a commitment to myself. I want to live a healthy way(I have diabetes) and by doing this diet I find it could be possible!! I know when I had my last appointment with my doctor I could see his expressions and it was bad news. To tell you the truth, I was scared with the news he told me about my blood work results. My diabetes was very dangerously high. At that point, my doctor said I would be hospitalized to get it under control before my organs start to fail. WOW! On that day, I cried and cried but wiped my tears making a commitment that I would be strong. I researched and researched till my eyes couldn't stay open no longer. I read many reviews. I stumbled onto the leaf system diet. I knew that was it! Although, I had already purchased the 80 green thickies; I also bought the all-time leaf system program. It has people to support me, recipes galore and more!!!!!! I would tell everyone to challenge themselves to live a healthy life.
By following these plans, you can be successful too and not live in fear like I am!
